The Reggane Groupement, an association formed by SONATRACH, REPSOL EXPLORACION ARGELIA S.A., DEA Deutsche Erdoel AG and EDISON International, as an operator for the development and operation of the Reggane Nord field, and more specifically Block 351C, located in the Reggane region, 1500 km south-west of Algiers launches as part of the development of the Reggane Nord project an open call for bids to national and international competition for the:
PROVISION OF WELLHEADS, CHRISTMAS TREES, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR DRILLING CAMPAIGN
OF REGGANE NORD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
This notice concerns only companies specialized in the provision of this type of services and having recognized references in the field.
Companies interested in this call for bids must submit their request for interest to participate against presentation or by sending an e-mail concerning the following documents required:
1. A copy of the Trade Register in the field as Supplier or Manufacturer or the equivalent certificate of qualification and occupational classification.
2. Company information
Important: It should be noted that bidders should have no ongoing litigation with SONATRACH, REPSOL, DEA Deutsche Erdoel AG and EDISON International, either alone or as part of a partnership. This condition must also be fulfilled by its parent company and its subsidiaries.

Upon presentation of all the documents mentioned above (1 and 2), the Companies interested in this call for bids will receive the specifications, free of charge, via the aforementioned email address or they can also be withdrawn from the Supply and Contracts Directorate at the address below:

BIDDERS are invited to submit their technical and commercial offers according to the terms and conditions specified in the bid specifications.
The deadline for receipt of bids is Twenty (20) days from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.
Any submission received after 5:00 pm (local time Algeria) on the day of the deadline will be considered null and void.
All costs incurred or associated with the preparation of bids shall be borne exclusively by the BIDDER.
Bidders shall remain bound by their bids for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date of receipt of the bids.
